Q1. Do you accept to customize the vehicles as per our special request?
A1. Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
Q2. What is your warranty term?
A2. We provide a 1-year warranty. For any failed part under warranty, if it can be repaired at your side and the repair cost is lower than the value of the part, we will cover the repair cost; otherwise, we will send replacements and cover the freight cost.
Q3. Do you accept OEM orders?
A3. Yes, as long as the order quantity is reasonable, we will accept them.
Q4. What are your terms to be your agent/dealer in my country?
A4. We have several basic requirements: vacancy in local distribution, experience in the electric vehicle business, capability to provide after-sales service to your customers, and a capability to order and sell a reasonable volume of electric vehicles.
Q5. Do you provide technical support?
A5. Yes, we provide full technical support remotely to assist with operations and maintenance.
Q6. Do you provide after service spare parts?
A6. Yes, we provide all the spare parts for our vehicles, even up to 5 years after we stop production of the model. For easier selection, we also supply a comprehensive parts manual.
