Step 5. Assembly
By modular assembly, PCBA is precisely combined with other structural components to form a complete product framework.
Step 6. Glue Filling
The core part adopts the sealing process of glue filling, which improves the waterproof, shockproof, and heat dissipation performance.
Step 7. Testing
The product will undergo comprehensive functional testing, including strict verification of performance, stability, and security.
Step 8. Old Aging Test
Simulate a long-term operating environment and conduct continuous power-on aging tests on the product to ensure its long-term reliability.
