Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
Q2: What is your warranty term?
We provide a 1-year warranty. For any failed part under warranty, if it can be repaired at your side and the repair cost is lower than the value of the part, we will cover the repair cost; otherwise, we will send replacements and cover the freight cost.
Q3: Do you provide after-service spare parts?
Yes, we provide free after-sales spare parts according to your order quantity. We also provide spare parts manuals to make your selection easier.
Q4: Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. If necessary, we can also dispatch engineers to your location.
Q5: Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, as long as the order quantity is reasonable (annual volume of 300-500 units), we accept OEM orders.
Q6: What is your payment term?
For new orders, our typical payment term is T/T 30% deposit against order confirmation, and T/T 70% before container loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
