Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
Q2: What is your warranty term?
We provide a 1-year warranty. For any failed part under warranty, if it can be repaired at your side and the repair cost is lower than the value of the part, we will cover the repair cost; otherwise, we will send replacements and cover the freight cost.
Q3: Do you provide after-service spare parts?
Yes, we will provide free after-sales spare parts according to your order quantity. We also provide spare parts manuals to make your selection easier.
Q4: Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. If necessary, we can also dispatch our engineer to your location.
Q5: Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, as long as the order quantity is reasonable (yearly 300-500 units), we will accept OEM orders.
Q6: What are your terms to be your agent/dealer in my country?
We have several basic requirements: firstly, you shall be in the electric vehicle business for some time; secondly, you shall have the capability to provide after-service to your customers; thirdly, you shall have the capability to order and sell a reasonable volume of electric vehicles.
