Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We have MSDS and safe transport test reports verifying they travel as non-dangerous products.
Can I fast charge my battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it can be harmful to the long-term cycle life of the battery.
Can I perform a partial replacement of my battery bank?
Partial battery replacement of lead-acid battery banks is not recommended, as older batteries will degrade new ones quickly when connected in series or parallel.
Why does a battery show different capacities at different hour rates?
The capacity of a battery (in Ah) is a dynamic value dependent on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hour rate) allows the battery to deliver more overall capacity than a higher discharge current (like a 2-hour rate).
What is the shelf life of VRLA batteries and how should they be maintained?
VRLA batteries lose less than 3% capacity per month at 25°C (77°F) due to self-discharge. They should not be stored longer than 6 months at 25°C without recharging. In warmer environments, recharge them every 3 months.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Normally, it takes about 7 days for stock items, around 20 days for half-container orders, and 30 days for 20ft full-container products.
